Dig the jazzy race suit:)
Oddly enough, my 25-year old race suit was no longer legal. Can't think why. So had to buy what I could get in my size (no comments, please) and at a price I could afford. At least it wasn't white.

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
Took my 964 out over to Friesland for its import inspection, failed on the headlamps still dipping to the left. Drove home, read up about the H4s and how you can't just swap lenses like I had. Drove down to the localish Porsche parts place in Haarlem, bought a pair of new LHD reflectors, drove home and fitted them. If they don't dip properly now I'll leave it until next year...

Not sure if it’s the same ... but lhd headlights with stick on deflectors are legal for the MOT. My 964 has had lhd headlights with deflectors since the day I imported it. All ok as long as the headlights are adjusted.

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
Sadly not, I did ask! I wasn't keen on having to go back again if I didn't have to. Kicking myself about it, but hey, I learned something, I had a morning out with my eldest son, and I drove my 964 for the first time in over two years. Over the Afsluitdijk. Twice.
I guess with the new lenses and reflectors I'll have much better headlights now as well, but arsed about that since I hate driving at night anyway.
