Sunday 6th - Went to the Stuttgart South Croissants and Neuf meet in Newhaven in the '12 with my daughter Emily. Photos nicked from @autostacker as I managed not to take any decent shots

No didn’t get a chance. My spent most of the time trying to answer my daughters questions... best one was... daddy... why does that car only have a sticker for a badge... it was a GT3RS

Blakeney is lovely. Really nice area. Roads aren't amazing if there's a lot of holiday traffic but it seems ok given the time of year - I'm sure you'll like it

Managed to put 85 miles on the ST build. Still reading 14.7 volts at 3,000 rpm. Mmm... still a little high. New solid state regulator going in at the weekend.

85 miles of smiles though. :)

Should be ‘ribbed, for her / his (delete according to sexual orientation) pleasure’ - never be a selfish lover

Did the first job on the lift since getting it.

The race car has been showing signs of binding brakes after 10 mins of hard driving so an investigation was required before my season closer at Shelsley Walsh next Sunday. Great to be able to safely have all 4 wheels off the ground to see what is going on after some pumps of the pedal. Rear pads were really difficult to remove and you can perhaps see why from this pic

They were cheese wedges, so both top pistons sticking a bit, but the measurements show the near side to be much worse.

Then ordered some refurbished calipers to be able to quickly sort it, and a rebuild kit to do the old ones as spares over the winter. On the plus side it is free horsepower! Well, a few hundred quid actually....
