Based nr Blackwood in S Wales valleys: cracking roads to break down on (I should know, ahem). Usually have a vehicle available to tow
Also tea, coffee, biccies etc, sympathy, reasonable amount of knowledge (bit of a memory problem though it seems ok once "kick" started.....
)
Also have room in secure storage for emergencies & plenty of tools
