I seem to remember years ago someone visiting the werks of our favourite manufacturer and seeing 2 very early 911 shells side by side, one rusted to nothing, other in sound condition, I think it was posted on here :?:

Pity that in doing a restoration that they got the Porsche AG decal on the fan wrong. The car is not far off he VIN number of my other 2.4S .......199 which was 11 Nov 1971.
