Hi All,

So far there are two of us definitely going. I will book accomodation for us.

There are a number of may bes. I will post details of the hotels on this thread and then people can make their own hotel arrangements nearer the time. It shouldn't be too difficult.

A more pressing issue will be that we'll need to book places for the Spa track day later this month. I will IM and post with a deadline asap. You will then have to reserve direct with the Club. I will supply an email form etc.

So that's it for now.

Cheers,

Nick

Hockenheim anyone?

Thanks for all that Nick - I've sent you a long PM

Can we have a list of who's actually put their money where their mouth is as opposed to the johnny-come-lately lightweights who have not lived up to earlier promises

oo-er did I say that out loud

So who's coming then?

Really looking forward to this

Hi Mark,

So far we are three cars (me, you and Bob Salmon + son flying in from Oz). Jon Kent will try and join us (he lives in Luxembourg and can come for the day).

For everyones info Mark has been told by the Porsche Club Francorchamps that his membership of the PCGB qualifies him for club member rate. You can also pay on the day in cash.

Make that two and a half cars Nick! However; I am determined that mine will be finished in time and I have to say that I am really looking forward to meeting whoever else turns up.

And cash on the day is fine if the organisers have no credit card facilities - I will raid my wife's piggy bank..............

Kind regards,

Bob

Hi Bob,

You'll still need to register on their site and note that you will pay cash on the day.

I'll forward you Mark's PM's so we are all on the same page.

Bob,

I forgot to mention that you'll need front and rear tow hooks fitting. I got mine (weltmeister) from performanceparts.com in the states. I see that pelican parts do them too.

Gentlemen,

Quick question: nick mentioned hockenheim on Satuday.

is anyone going to Hockenheim on the 1st?

As it happens I leave the UK on friday 31st to be in Europe for a week. I could make Hockenheim as it is not too far from where I live...
