Took off all my wheel, removed all old weight, clean them and had them re-balanced. They all have the same date stamp of 972 so not originally with the car.

Is something going on at the front there Brendan? numberplate looks kinked and bumper out of line - could be reflections for the bumper

Mark the bumper is lined up OK but there is a bit of a kink near the number plate.

Ahaa
On the bumper it's the reflection of the trim that's causing my eye to be confused

Not my Porsche but was out walking and passed someone putting back his 82 930 together. Looked very well done. I pointed him in this direction so hopefully he will come along and introduce himself

I wish it were my car but I'm pretty sure it's Ian's lovely 66 after its engine rebuild.

My only question is how did a 912 seek into the PRS workshop

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
Collected the 911 from the local pain shop.
Not perfect, but it is now rust-free, solid colour of 2018 technology paint, and ready for the re-fit.
Also fitted the box to the engine as normal, all went easy, no fights, but the ram on the hoist failed! New one on order, engine in v soon.
