Chap - experts opinons please - from the pictures available - does this watch appear genuine?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... SS:GB:1123

Without paperwork - is it possible to confirm authenticity with TAG or a dealer?

18 months of daily wear and the back of the strap looks like it came out of the box - I think not!

I have a carrera amongst a small collection of Tags and that looks very different from mine....strap (leather wrong, not correct clasp), back (not correct stainless back with serial no.), face looks wrong, buttons look wrong.....but I wouldn't want to say it's a fake, in the same way some Porsches have components changed! Maybe it's a later model?!

I'm not a Carrera expert but looks like some of the usual key Tag Heuer features are not right and of low quality, also looks like a very generic movement inside

My wife bought me a beautiful Rolex in America. Tiffanys, Fifth Avenue.

Yep, right outside Tiffanys, cost $50 and I think she could have got it cheaper with a bit more haggling.

faux chrono movement, 7day counter at 9 o'clock location (should be seconds) constant running seconds on the centre, very bad stitchting on the cheap sh**ty strap, AND its a "fantasy model" not even a rep of a real watch..

reported +1

Bonhams have an auction in London soon including some watches with Porsche family ownership provenance. Can't say I saw anything I'd like that was Porsche related but take a look (wristwatches start at about Lot No.55).
The seventies Patek chronograph is rather nice if anyone needs any Christmas ideas for me.

seems pretty reasonable to me - isnt the 93 a zenith movement?
