We all, definitely, need to get out more.

 Yes indeed, you are right.
I was hoping to be the first to comment before those faster than me did!
Chrome grills = silver screws, Black plastic grills - black screws.

Anyway, so what. :blackeye: far far x 10 nice car than mine!

FFks sake. The car looks epic. And if you think Gary would have put the wrong screws on you don't know the OCD level of detail he puts in....

Cant wait to see the car in the flesh. Congrats Adam. Really fantastic result. And I know you're going to be sh1tting yourself all weekend :-). It gets better....

De-scoop in progress. And some spangly new fogs. Obvs will be very important when doing track laps at night around Spa...

Gary screws the screws twice in one day. Is there no end to this sloppiness? Thanks for pointing that out. I'll have a word.

Nice, now you have fitted those it will never ever ever be foggy again while you are driving the car.

I was thinking more along the lines of this for the track laps..

Great morning today, so took the 911T for a run, solo.
It has been about 14 years since it last came here to race, so a few memories!

I've just done possibly the dullest set of small jobs on the car, but driving it this morning was great!

- new door seals
- remount and fix wobbly mirror
- rebush gearshift coupler to stop annoying rattle at 4K
- get radio/iPod connection working again.
- adjust hand throttle so it does something.
- Fix various small oil leaks (nip up some bolts!)
- fit wheels that aren't cracked
- new rear brake discs that aren't warped

The worst part was applying some patina to the overly polished Fuchs I bought from James 914. I can only apologise to whoever spent days mirror polishing them for my ten minutes with a brass wire brush!

They still don't match the Moss refurbed pair, but will do for now.

So hopefully that's it, time to enjoy for the summer!
