I've ended up single sourcing (other than 1/4s) as:
A: I'm lazy
B: The RD panels look spot on, highly original (even the right sill drain holes Mike!) and hopefully they will fit as a set
C: RD communication and discount was excellent (still adds up!).
I hope not to use the whole floor or inner sills. However I need the full floor edge front to back on both sides so the Dansk panel isn't big enough and the RD cost is the same for 2 full floor halves or two floor edges, so you may as well buy the whole thing! They are from the same tool.
I've tried to predict the 'whilst I'm in there' jobs other than for the front end of the car. Last time I went near that it was solid enough so other than redoing some 15yr old substandard repairs (mine!) to the bottom front corners under the battery boxes I hoping to keep that all together.
I've bought the torsion bar area repair panels and machined repair tubes and will redo my work from a few years back.
I plan to start at the back with parcel shelf, screen corners and rear crossmember. Again I might not use all of that panel as the area the stickers attach to and engine mounts are fine, it's the bit underneath that's mainly GRP.
I want to/ don't want to start this in equal measure.
Epic is the word James!
