The 'Maverick' Classic Porsche Forum and Classic Porsche Club for Porsche 356, Aircooled Porsche 911, Porsche 912, Porsche 914 & Porsche Replicas. 'We join for the cars but stay for the people'
In 1997 I paid £3.5k for my 911E project car and my mate paid £7k for his 2.2S - he was looking at an RS for £10k but the £3k price difference was just too much of a stretch.....
Pinch yourself. Moggy is doing another ICE project.
I’ve just spent the weekend in Wales, stretching the legs of my new acquisition.
Went to see my old pal Moggy and had a shock to find that he’s agreed to help his son Oliver with a project converting his 924S into a 924 GT style hot rod.
And it’s not electric!
Very early days, a lot of mechanical and cosmetic changes to come.
I find it hard to believe that Autofarm ad is from 1998.
Regards
Mike
