Yep, that’s him and Evil E and Darlene Ortiz. Snapped by the great Glen E Friedman. Same lineup as the cover of Power.
I guess those cars were no different to what we see now with Mansory, Singer etc - people wanting to express their individuality and wealth beyond what can be had off the factory shelf.
