More pics to follow. It’s really tedious having to paste across tabs on an iPhone!

Where did the engine come from? Is it the Prill engine someone was selling on here? The velocity stacks are long! What filter is going over them?

That’s the one Neil.

Probably just put some filter socks on them.

Should be a cool engine. fyi I can't find the exact thread now the general feeling among the experts on the 356 registry was that socks, or any filter that covers the horns, are bad for flow/hp.

I don’t mind sacrificing a bit of HP for longevity.

Might richen it up a little which isn’t always a bad thing.

Thank you!

They’re doing a great job. I’ll get more pics up over the next few days. Loads of handmade panels along with the Simonsen ones of course. I’m really happy with how it’s coming on, shame about the cost but hey ho!

I can’t claim credit. I’m just project managing it & throwing the money about (through gritted teeth)!

I’ll be building it up though & completing a puzzle that was last together as one entity before I was born in 1982!

A guy call Paul Irving in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.

Very amiable bloke who knows how a welder & spray gun works.
