If it's not the original colour how about Sepia? Never seen a 914 in it, and I think it would look too cool for school.

Painted one of my old beetles in it - brown is the new black....

But if blue is the stock colour, you should keep it that way

Sepia wasn't an option for 914's I don't think so that might why you've never seen one? No reason why it couldn't be used of course. I've always wanted to see one in olive green, but again it was never an option

Keep it original Blue, a colour change will only de-value!
