Lead load for final shape.

The bonnet had folded back over itself and was still badly bucked, had some reinforcing plates just poorly tacked on the inner frame for support. I didn't get many pics of the repair process, but here a few.

The L/H Rear also had a impact, it must have been hit directly on the bumper, as very minor damage to external skin, but creased the inner chassis structure, pushed inwards 25mm and downwards 20mm. The pictures shown are the vehicle upside down on the roll over frame.

Note the body jack ram is pushed out about 30mm more than previous picture.

Back up the right way, every thing all lines up and measurements are to factory standards.

Constantly pre-fitting doors and roof frame for alignment / fit / gaps along with our own set measurements.

Yes, it's much easier for full restoration if your jig frame turns over, I also have a AutoRobot crash repair jig for heavy damage / repair jobs.
