First stage of the tour completed last night with a drive up the A1 to North Yorkshire to stay at Hot66's.

Looking like a great day for the journey north with the sun shining this morning :)

Just need to top up the oil  before leaving for Gretna later on.

Very jealous of the trip, the forecast is great. Enjoy.

My car is almost complete and no early car.

Is there a schedule of the tour listed anywhere for reference?

I've fallen by the wayside. Lots of white smoke. I'll try and get recovered and try and get back up later. Might be really late or early tomorrow.

:( :x

Mick, that white smoke is a local phenomenon known as 'mist'. Keep your doors locked and follow the car in front, it usually clears briefly, every few days.

(Hope you get back OTR big man).

Cars now left for Blighty and I'm waiting for Jason.

Thomas tempted me to wear a badge when met at Gretna. I'd been a the services long enough to visit the bogs, get a drink and ask the staff for the post code before I remembered I was proclaiming to be HOT STUFF to everyone. Cheers Boots

And am I right in thinking I'm about to be picked up by a Boxster with kiss pam as a number plate?
