A great day today, the weather was pretty good and the racing also. Shame to be cleared from the lavant staright as the GT40 race concluded so a Canberra jet could perform but hey ho. Great to run my car up after 10 years of saying "next year" saw a few DDK folk and had an ace blast home.
I think the weather tomorrow is looking pretty shaky but will take a modern and set up a spectating nest at no name to spend the day...

brilliant day, for me it was the BMW VS Galaxy / Alfa vs Galaxy / Galaxy vs Galaxy battle in the touring car race, well that and the early ERAs and the front engine F1 cars sliding round the corners.

That bmw / galaxy / alfa battle was brilliant wasn't it, seeing the alfa outbraking the galaxy at the end of lavant was amazing

That's incredible! Full opposite lock down the pit straight. And he doesn't lift for a moment.

Great time on the Friday and today - met a few DDKers and took a few rolls of film.
Fantastic racing in the rain on Friday and great stuff all day today.

Glad you liked it, I agree that drive in the Aston was awesome as was Julian Majzub in the Sadler he didn't place but what a lesson in car control...

Just a bit wet!
A great event this year as usual with some excellent races on two wheels and four. Weather more or less held off until Sunday afternoon, although it was worth hanging in there to see the car control on display.

Damn, can't believe I was there and missed seeing your car Andy. Another great revival, agreed some top class racing and worth getting absolutely soaked to watch the TT yesterday.

I wasn't there Vic - Steve (40 scout) was referring to Andy Haas' car (haasad).
