Mike....and Mike

Looks perfect, looking forward to seeing it at the Fairmile soon I hope

I can certainly vouch for Altamuras work, they did a lovely and speedy turn around of my car the other month, work was to paint a new wing, strip and repaint the rear licence panel which had developed a crack in the paint , and the front GRP spoiler

I 'm sure they would do all the GRP work, but to make it easier for them this time round I did the repairs to the structure of the spoiler myself as it suffered 2 cracks in the accident

Looks lovely now

Love, LOVE the 924 Carrera GT! I only wish that they'd been available for sale in the North American market.

Interesting picture with the rear flares removed. When I owned my 1987 924S, I always dreamed of clothing it in CGT bodywork... might have been less difficult than I imagined!

Not to highjack, but here's some 924 love back at you!

My first Porsche. I still hold fond memories of her. :)

A beautiful car Mike - I just had the pleasure of sitting in Nick Taylor's very cool RHD Carrera in Sydney which was previously owned by that old 'luminary of rock' Paul Young

If the 356 bug hadn't taken hold I'd be very tempted :)

Mr Moore, the spookiness that binds us seems boundless, I also once had the joy of owning a red 924 carrera GT, had a guy phisicaly run in to the side of it while I was driving, apparently he had done it before to others, to claim on insurance.
Tell me you had a 3.1 RS Capri and I am locking myself in my bedroom.

Mike, I got the impression that you regretted selling the CGT, are you tempted to bring her home?

No not at all actually, enjoyed our short time together and the little bit of bodywork we did on it,
but it didn't really crank my tractor. Not an involving drive and the 49/51 weight distribution makes
for a very neutral feel, very capable and a deceptively quick car but to me just not overly enjoyable.

A great car, I bought mine in 87 and had it for 14 years. It was my daily driver for many years. They are fantastic cars and if you look at the stats it is close to a 73 RS. 210 BHP and a 1000 kg but with 50/50 weight distribution.

They are very special cars with so many unique parts, just compare the weight of the rear bumper to a 944 one. Don't hit anything though as thet crack like a paper cup.

The market will catch up one day.

I knew a girl he was trying to date back in the late 80's...don't blame him for loosing his music focus, there were a couple of things about her I always remember
