Did you get anywhere with this? Just asking because I've found somewhere in Germany that sells them and don't want to buy one from there if you have gone to the trouble of doing it!

I managed to source one from the vinatge wireless company eventually.
Details below - give him a ring and explain whatyou're after and he can make one. I got mine last weeks and it works great!
