Feroz I have quite a, errrm few....

I'm going to be doing some more features for Hodinkee over coming weeks and months so I'll share them here when I do.

Most of my stuff has important provenance or very cool proven back stories....it's what I look for when watch hunting and is what makes the hobby so much more interesting than it just being a watch. Plus you get to meet some great characters. :thumbright:

A long trip to pick this one up this week.....14 hours in total but was worth it.

I do like one owner watches that have been treasured from new....especially when they come with everything including the original purchase receipt from 1972 for £132! 8)

So here we have a mint Metres First Rolex 1680 Red Submariner Collector Set with original box, stamped Rolex Guarantee and original purchase receipt.Stunning dial, amazing case, stupidly tight 9315 bracelet stamped 1.71 and finished off with Rolex UK service papers from 2008. Doesnt get better than that :)

Don't worry - those BMW Main Dealers charge a very fair hourly rate

Have you been waxing Jason ?

Is that even your wrist ?

Strangely, I feel quite familiar with your wrist although we hardly know eah other. Something about that wrist doesn't feel right.

Does that wrist belong to a dead person ?
