It's a 914! Not my 914, but a 914...

Another old 911 bites the dust. Belgian TV presenter drink driving, apparently. Seriously injured but pulled through.

I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

356 International - Harrogate 1991.

Trying to look cool in my blouson jacket with my 356A , I paid £11,950 for it from a wonderful guy, Aziz Abousida in London ( he had a big collection of classic Porsche's, Mercedes, Austin Healys - I'd never seen anything like the collection before ) I drove it 235 miles home to East Yorkshire and the International was taking place in Harrogate only 60 miles from home just three months later. I think there were about seventy 356's parked in the hotel car park, a really impressive sight. The start of my slippery slope into Porsche ownership, I think I've now owned about 67 !
If only you could buy a 356 for £11,950 nowadays

I believe there was a book published which focused on this event?
In 1991 I was immersed in the world of air-cooled VWs that were costing £300 each…
