That is a gentlemen called Phil Moore, I built him a 904 in about 2007, silver with a green stripe to match his DB9 with a 3.0SC on carbs, it also had an Aston filler cap to match 904NOT.

He lived in the Lake District, I don't remember which lake but he had steam launch which he built.
I haven't heard anything of the car for many years, I seem to recall his son was a test driver for Bentley.

Interesting. Do we know when and where the original picture might have been taken? I guess he might have been the owner after Stoop. I'm not sure if the car was sold while the latter was still alive?

That's All Souls church in London. From the cars in the background, I'd say around 1968?
