Re: Alfa GT Junior
Just spent the last hour reading your thread, great thread and you have one fine looking car there. Always had a bit of a soft spot for Alfa's, ever since I had a more modern GTV some 10 yrs back. Have to admit I am now with many other members who have contributed to your thread...I need one of these in my garage......

Re: Alfa GT Junior
Spent several hours last night reading up on Alfaholics builds and numerous other material on the net around Alfa GT juniors etc.... I think this could be the start of another illness, reminds of when I caught the classic 911 bug several years back....

Your car looks fantastic - great restoration, I've been following the thread since page 1 and have got so keen I'm driving from Yorkshire to Kent on Monday to look at this..........

.... with a view to potentially p/x-ing my Alfa SZ Zagato for it !!
How do they drive when compared with an early 911 ? - any opinions welcome

Brilliant Tom.
That city backdrop is fantastic. Where is that amazing chic place? Barcelona? Paris? Milan? Rome?
Car looks great Tom....
Regards
Mike

Re: Alfa GT Junior
Great pictures. I agree with Mike about the city backdrop. My guesses are slightly further north
and of course Mike knows anyway!

Re: Alfa GT Junior
Haha I have been watching the construction of the new Glasgow Ciry College over the last year or so. The new stairs and access avenue work really well. It's not totally finished but I think it makes a great backdrop for some car shots. Stopped in early this morning, slight detour when I was heading in to buy some crayfish for dinner.

Re: Alfa GT Junior
Brendan, adjusted in lightroom. Clarity up, then graduated filter on both sides with high to full exposure then used the adjustment brush on the rest of the areas with exposure pushed up high. I had to go over the trees and adjust the exposure slightly to bring them back in. First time I have really tried it and was really just messing about, pleased with the result, it almost looks like its been painted.
Here is another, nice and simple.
