Nick for the Instruments what seals are you using as i thought the Old ones are NLA and the new ones Porsche have listed are the later SC type ones that don't fit? I have been hanging onto my old ones until I could find a replacement

Well, the early911 guys advised against a (literally) flakey old tank. We didn't want to compromise the newly built engine with any old bits of crap flushing around the system.
You get in this deep and you just have to keep spending...

I've accepted this little expenditure as part of my engine rebuild cost when it happens. It may have been working OK so far but I completely agree I couldn't hook up a brand new surgically clean engine to it
Oh and what is the source for your horn grilles as they appear to be the right shape! My from Roger Bray are too short compared to the cracked corroded ones I took off.
