Actually, in this case he is probably quite correct....and not Dickie Stoops rig, as I suggested, though I think it was Dickie's trailer!

Returning to the important question of who owned some shonky trailer over half a century ago... A couple of pics of Dickie Stoop's 904, Stuttgart, on the same distinctive trailer.
