If I had a choice between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Yorkshire Dales, I'd pick the former most of the time. :)

Indeed - they were great times in so many respects. Sigh.

Nostalgia is great though … I still look back at the early 90’s as being some of the best times for music and the car scene etc …but that’s probably because I was 20 in 1993 and didn’t wake up feeling tired like I do these days

I can agree on the cars but music? Not for me.
Late 1960's and all through the 1970's . Some of the most creative and exciting music.

Now is good too guys.

Get out there with the new music and the new drugs. Just block three to five days out for recovery.

I went and saw Happy Mondays in your town last week Sam: Corn Exchange.
I saw them once before: 91… at the Corn Exchange.

Ryder barely moves nowadays.
But the new drugs are clearly working for Bez.
Apparently he’s now mad for honey. Is that what you mean?

Alas, I wasn't there. I was 12 in 91 and wasn’t allowed to go to grown up gigs until I was 14.

A few years age gap makes all the difference for music in your youth. Sean Ryder will always be the bloke from Black Grape to me.
