Likewise Jeremy. By the way; does Chartreuse taste as good as it looks? Never tried it...

I’m not sure I’ve ever tried it knowingly - so I can’t answer reliably! One thing I do know though is I’ve never had so many people ask me what the colour of my 911t is.

Yep, exactly right Mark! I thought so too - now it feels like a bargain as M&W 550 reps are supposed to be very good I believe?

Engine condition aside that looks very decent value compared to all the RS reps and backdated out there.

Currently just about in my price range if I sold everything I own and was happy to go without heating and food for a bit.

Where do we think it’s going to end up? $2m? $3m?

I might put a bid in so I can chat with some homies down the pub and say ‘I’m bidding on a 904’

I think we can all feel James' pain in this advert.

I think his asking price is very sensible - a lot of car for that

Thanks Thomas.

I had shed loads of detail pics I was going to add as second post, thread locked quickly.
No matter: it’s good as it is.
I can share pics with anyone who asks.

It’s Renault 4 life for me from now on!

Nothing wrong with that James - they're both iconic cars ! 8)

- &, for anyone who's considering this car but doesn't know James, you can rest assured that these comments from his ad will sum up its condition :

"The car is mint inside and out, and I have spared no expense in keeping it that way ...

Anything that needed doing I did it. Any parts that started to fail, I addressed immediately ...

It's ready to go: Just at then end of July I spent £2200 at Jaz getting a full service, geometry set up and attending to any potential niggles"

It's a fabulous car & there are very few early 911's out there that have been used - or travelled - (as intended) as extensively as this one & yet remained in such a wonderful condition ...
