Bertone, wasn't it? I quite like them. Much more than their ugly successor...

That looks like it might have some interesting history.
I like it but don’t know what it is.

The Lotus Espirit S1 also had similar door handles. I wouldn't worry too much.

The company I used to work for in the 80's made all these handles and a whole lot more, latches and strikers.
Wilmot Breeden did all the 'BMC etc' hardware back then. Rockwell International bought the WB empire, a large European company by then.
Simple cheap and reliable, worked for many home and abroad.

All the tooling sold to Weston Body Hardware who still make all the classic door hardware and much more modern parts too.

The engines in the early 308 GTB models were dry-sumped ...

So, can the engines in the GT4 models be easily converted to dry-sumped using the GTB parts?

I don't think there's a 'kit' available to convert these engines from wet to dry sump ... & for a road car they're fine without.

I think the reason that the early 308 GTB engines were dry-sumped was possibly to ensure that enough were built to homologate it for racing (where it does have distinct advantages).
