We are getting very close now. This week I get some help from Mrs Jeff to bleed the brakes and I put the rear end of the car back together.

Cut pipes on my car similar to yours,but wish I'd left them a wee bit longer as they make a bit of a mess of the rear end.

I can't see the link . I was not sure how it would go, but I will definitely be upgrading the exhaust in the not too distant future.

Feel for you! Anyone who DIYs a 911 long enough will have had that sinking feeling over something they've forgotten just as they do the last bolt up and lower it to the ground. Yup. It's coming out again!

Clutch should be fine without modifying anything assuming it's a pretty standard 915 set up? Do you have the helper spring on the pedal box?

They are all heavy and not particularly forgiving, so maybe it's just a case of getting used to it?

I have put a helper spring on the pedal, and I have now slightly shortened the lower connection on the pedal, but it is something I am going to have sort out still.

Harry is finally moving under its own power and now it is time to get it tuned so it can be driven properly.

After last weeks run on the dyno, the biggest issue left on Harry 911 is the clutch. This week I hopefully sort it out for good.
