Hand held I'm afraid, but don't tell health and safety!

Small village near Alton in Hampshire Andy, roads around here are like having your own private Nordschleife![/quote]

I used to live in Medstead, know those roads well.

I hadn't realised you'd moved down this way Mike as your profile still says Surrey!

I live in Alton and used to be in Four Marks so guess am considered a local :)

I used to enjoy the A339 in my old 944. Maybe I might see the flash of a red Ferrari out and about now it's back on the road then!

I've never been happy with the black swage line around the car, so took it to Jason the Martini car decal painter at his new company Chroma Concepts in Camberley.

He sorted them out and did a great job, but far more interesting was the pair of front wings he was working on in his booth, any ideas what they're from?

Well the affair is over I'm afraid and it's time to move on! We've had the most wonderful time together, me admiring her voluptuous curves, and she trying to bite
me in the wallet at every opportunity. I'm really going to miss being behind the wheel, it is such a fantastic driving experience but like the mistress she is, it's
very high maintenance to keep it that way, hence the less than 1000 miles a year while I've owned her.

So time to get back in a Porsche!!! but which one? Has to the opposite to the Ferrari in that I want to be able to jump in and just go, not have to worry about it
constantly and I need to be able to use it all year, not have to lock it away for the winter. Having said that I like rare, unusual or limited number cars, is there
anything out there like that for me I wonder.......

The exact reason my 330 had to go. Even with the appreciation they've seen I probably would have still spent that much on maintenance over the years.
Best of luck with your search. Knowing you, it will be a long one.
