I have a soft spot for Subarus .. used to have a Forrester that i did 100K miles both on & off road with .. great car to chuck about. It was a non turbo so also had the reduction box for low range

Also drove around New Zealand oin my Bro-in Laws old knackered Forrester turbo auto .. was a dog of a car with a noisy dump valve but still good fun.

Always fancied an a MK1 STi but not sure if Id be disappointed these days

RS1800 STW201R - Rally history starts with Waldegard winning 1977 Safari Rally. Subsequently used by Mikkola, Vatanen (79 Cyprus winner), Roger Clark (80 Cyprus winner) and Malcom Wilson who seemed to always be in the news but never won anything.....

Got me interested in cars as a 15 year old. Night time forest stages in North Wales. Unforgettable son et lumiere as they tore through the trees......

Vic - it's a one-off Frua-bodied SM from 1972.

Vague similarities to a Maserati Khamsin - especially from the front ...

And a Merak back.

ooo, it's gone all Subaru-ey. I loved my P1, much better than the Evo XIII that followed it!
