I recognise your car from pouring over the completed build section on Alfaholics website. Quick question, why was your car chassis being worked on in the Aston One Seven assembly line.

It would be great to great a critique from you on the differences in the two cars (I appreciate that your 911 is less than std). The majority on here are obvious Porsche enthusiasts, however there is a huge passions for motoring and other classic marques. I personally also love to hear/ read about other cars and peoples take on what really keeps the passion alive. Its clearly not speed because we can all buy or drive faster cars.
Lovely, lovey car you have.

Thanks again Tom!
I was actually drooling over this car on Alfaholics website for a long time as well...than by total chance I've found the same car for sale and I couldn't resist, even tho the budget I had for an additional car was way lower, the moment I've seen it I knew I had to have it!
The aluminum body has been handcrafted by the same company that manufactured Aston One-77's one, not a bad thing to have on the car's pedigree!
In terms of driving experience, the Alfa is much lighter and nimbler than the Porsche, the weight distribution is of course another good advantage and it allows you to play a lot more with the back of the car while the front is more precise when getting into a corner. I prefer the Flat 6 engine of course but the Alfa's is actually quite good and at times you won't believe it is just a 4 cylinders! The Alfa is fitted with many "modern" components too (brakes, suspensions etc) while the Porsche has been rebuilt only using period parts that were correct for the sport purpose cars back in the days...this is of course another big difference between the two cars and the way these behave on the road!
