My latest....

A mid size Porsche Design Orfina (non Chrono) mid 70s I'd say. Just fixed the date change and put a new mineral on it then put it on an Italian Military leather strap.

That may just be the worst quality image I've seen on the forum.
Perhaps you could describe it in words. I think we'd get a better idea.

Well this thread finally made me get my camera out and take some pictures... I obviously told the wife I was not sad but was doing it for the insurance purpose :)

Fair point - the camera is not the iPhone strong point!

Here's a good pic of the face prior to me refurbing it.

Much nicer now it's refurbed and on a military black leather strap

Brian Burrows (well known Porsche collector, VW event organiser and host of VZi) has just launched a new site for any ROLEX fans out there www.vintagerolex.uk.com

Interesting site, if only for the prices

http://www.vintagerolex.uk.com/product_ ... cts_id/100

Shows mine (sans wabi!) as £6650!

Would be nice. Irrelevant (as I'm not selling), but nice.

I'm going to disagree, I think they ruined a classic looking watch by over commercialsing a beautiful design and made it look like a bodged replica!

I mentioned my 70s Seiko Chronos earlier in the thread - here they are.
This one was in NOS condition until I started to wear it!
