maverick
noun

2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

Total United States sales for 2018 Alfa Romeo 4C = 238 units

I had a test drive in a 4C Spider a few years ago - I really wanted to like it but it was one of the worst handling cars I've ever driven - I went and bought another Elise instead !

I love Alfas and tried to book a test drive when they were first
announced, I never even received a reply. Looks like I didn't
miss much!

Chatted to a 65 year old hill climb friend today, he just sold his heap of trouble Vauxhall Carlton and bought a 4C.
Never ever thought Will would have one, but he adores it.

Major Dad,
it is an AEC Matador in the National Tansport museum in Ireland. You can read about the vehicle if you Google the truck registration. My dad owned a truck version in the late 1940s and used it in his business.

There's one of those AEC trucks at Brokklands, right? Formerly with National Recovery, then donated to the museum, IIRC. It's a she and she has a name, Mily Tant (just googled). John
