This is a lovely thing to drive with, I bought it from Nardi.

I only have a handful and haven't looked for anything for at least a year!......the Personal was a nice buy, purchased early this year for about £150 after a friend pointed me to the ad.......I need more friends like him!

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
That is a lovely wheel, would love one like that myself! If anyone has / sees anything similar I would be very interested.
A good steering wheel makes such a difference to the steering wheel and around 370mm with a slim/medium thickness leather grip is just perfect on these cars.
Nice work
The force is strong in this one ......

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
The following two wheels are stamped GERSTEEN with a G logo at the end - I believe they were manufactured by the French(?) company Iso Delta but I'm unable to find out anything more about them - anyone have any more information on these wheels?

Cheers,

The Gersteen wheels seem to have drawn a blank, how about this hub I've just inherited......marked 051, anyone know what it will fit?

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
Just purchased on ebay and for my 67S. Its a 350mm Momo prototipo M-20340 lots of patina and other than a wipe clean will keep it as is. The seller said it was from the 70's - I'm just not up to speed on Momo history but think I'll now have to do some research. I'm trying to get the hub from him also as wasn't included in the auction. Well pleased - best Xmas pressie....

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
Nice Xmas pressie Robin, congrats.......if there's not a date stamp on the back it will be circa 74-76.
Did the hub and horn push come with the wheel?

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
My 912, that I imported this Autumn came fitted with this nice (needs a clean) 3 spoke wheel which is engraved "Dino"
The boss is a 5 bolt fitting

It's nothing to do with Ferrari and most probably aftermarket. Car was sold new in Germany before moving over to California, so I'm not sure if it's a US or European wheel?
Other Dino wheels I've seen are 4 spoke, so this one for me is something new.
The car has excellent early 80's leather Recaro seats too.
I'm looking to go back to stock on both accounts.

Re: For the love of Steering Wheels.....
After buying my 70's Momo the seller wouldn't sell the hub saying it was a RAID hub for a VW - I didn't argue, so started to look on ebay etc. then remebered I had a couple of other not-so-pretty momo wheels and was sure one had a hub.
So yes i found the Momo V35 and yes it had a hub, and yes it's a solid Momo 230 - couldn't be happier to have this "find" in my own garage - all bolts came out easily no damage to the hex heads. The black finish is good with the worst side shown in the last pic, will need to fit a indicator canceling ring. I've cleaned it up a little and here we are - can't wait to fit this and the wheel to the car......
