Any plans for the two parties meeting up on route or is it a free for all?

It's a free for all I think!

I'm taking the straight down scenic route through the Normandie-Maine Regional Natural Park from our hotel in Villers with any of the group staying there that want to go that way.

Informal is best as we can never keep more than five cars together anyway Having said that if we meet up on route that would be cool
