The car was running a bit rough, spitting and poppin thorugh carbs and exhaust so I decided it was time for a proper tune up the other day. Adjusted valve clearence, adjusted timing and carbs but still running rough.. So I wiggled the spark plug caps and click... The cyl#4 one had came a bit loose and was the cause of the problem... The engine ran and pulled stronger than ever after that embarrasing correction.
Well well, at least everything is set up correctly now =)
Met a neighbor and his 275 GTB and had a great talk, he uses the car as his dily driver and drive´s it to southern Europe at least once every summer, such a rolemodel!

Beautiful car and work by yourself! I think you need some photos of your car in the old parts of Stockholm!

Neil, I will take one of my friends who´s a photoagrapher out for a shoot before we move on into winter over here, promise!
We´re experiencing one of the best autumns ever here in Stockholm at the moment.
I did lot´s of driving this weekend, still not even close to "dialed in" but baby steps do take me forward.

I´ve kept driving and smiling! Also visited a friend who is a true metal guru, he has something quite special going on in his garage..
But I stopped smiling when I walked arounf my car the other day, right outside of our apartment and notised that someone had caught the exhaust pipe and kept driving which had resulted in a trashed center panel and major damage to my mufflers outlets which had been twisted quite harsh. No note, nothing had been left at the crime scene...
Well well, it was a quite easy fix, the center panel is beeing straightened and will be re painted and ready within a week! Until then Im drivin´race-style, wihtout it!
Did some 20-30 miles moist gravel roads outside of Stockholm today, what a blast to sit behind the wheel on those roads.. As an ex. motocross racer I´ll always have a thing for gravel, sand and mud..
Regards

My car made the centerfold in a Swedish car magazine called "Klassiska bilar" or "Classic cars"
Very humble about the fact.

Hey Jesse, a couple of posts ago you were at a friends house where he had some quite special going on in his garage (behind your car).
Are you allowed to say what it is? I can't make it out.

A little update, for now, my 912 is in hibernation awaiting some winter upgrades/mods.
I am aiming to install the following during winter :
R-style roll bar
Talbot berlin mirror
Pea shooter exhaust (twin pipe outlet)
Squareweave carpet set and rest of interior
Widened steel wheels in the rear 6" and original 4,5" in front.
Here´s a pic of my newly born son enjoying his second visit to my garage =)

My 'baby' daughter graduated two weeks ago - I didn't understand anything during the ceremony - it was in Latin!!
