Hi Paul,
A beautiful car mate.
I'd be interested to know whether your oil cooler will eventually reside under the wing or is it possible (as with an RSR) to squeeze an oil cooler under the ST front bumper?
Thx
Martin

No, under the wing Martin.
Thanks for the kind words (everyone).

Have I told you of my low regard for the current crop of repro 'Durant' mirrors?
Oh, I have?
Well, on my 2.4S I'd managed to find a NOS Talbot and I really like it.

So I thought I'd do the same on this car.
I fancied those bullet/racing style mirrors and I wanted two.
Yes, I know the passenger one will be useless.
Yes, I know they won't be symmetrical.
Yes, I know it's unusual but I want two. And it's my car.

I've got a pair of Talbot Berlin's.
They are modern mirrors, made from spun aluminium and with a brushed satin finish.

That oil door fits better than on my 2.4S.
The hinge is a work of art, polished alloy, looks lovely, Nick didn't want to paint it.
Note though the fit and the gaps on that oil filler door (it's no better on the 'S'), it seems Porsche were happy enough with getting on for 10mm gaps in the seventies. That's near enough lads.

Paul, do you think one of these rear lights would look good?

Ah. So that explains this (seen at CLM). We wondered what those holes were for?
And no James. I don't fancy one of those.
I guess the other guy changed his mind too.
But thanks for the suggestions, feel free to add any other ideas.

Some people like to plaster their cars with stickers, this owner just likes Cibies..
