I ended up going with Type911

£800 all in for four new Calipers, Discs and pads

All in stock, desptached today for delivery tomorrow

That sounds pretty reasonable to me! What brand(s) did you go with for each?
'72 T 210 2176 (ex-Hawaii donor car for '72 M491 2.5 SR)
'72 S 230 0347 (unrestored, concours-winning Tangerine unicorn)

From stock I went with Dansk Calipers and Pagid Disc and Pad kit
