As mentioned above, Boxengasse tickets are now on sale, if you are attending the DDK Meet Edition 3 please book yourself a Sunday ticket for Boxengasse Megaphonics.

We have other things planned for the Saturday which as Steve has said, we will be announcing as and when we can.

On behalf of Bootsy and Da Organising Committee, as DDK’s Valentine’s day gift to you, we are happy to announce the latest progress updates for 2026 DDK Weekend Edition 3 are:

WE ARE GOING TO TUTHILL’s ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON!!!!

Every true Porsche fan will have heard of Tuthill’s, perhaps the #1 Porsche garage in the UK. From their lightweight 911K, to the GT One, to the African Safari cars, to the Ice driving, to the Resto Mods, they are the pinnacle for Classic Porsches in the UK.

We are also happy to confirm that the hotel contract with the Clarion Hotel Charlecote Pheasant hotel is now signed with 10 rooms reserved for Friday and 35 rooms reserved for Saturday night.

Friday evening – unofficial relaxed social night for those who want to arrive early

Saturday Day time – AM event is still TBC but we are DELIGHTED to confirm we are going to Tuthill’s on Saturday afternoon. We are working on the AM event plus Lunch options and we will update you as soon as we can

Saturday Evening – Gala dinner in a private room with dedicated bar staff until 12 midnight.

Sunday – After breakfast, we will convoy to spend the full day at MEGAPHONICS! Please buy your individual tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

For the Drivers -- On both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we will organise two car run groups from the hotel to the events. Group A – will be direct route at a steady pace and Group B – will be a longer, more spirited drive for those for want a little more excitement – if you would like to be a Group Leader and to help us figure out the routes, please volunteer below.

The good news is the hotel prices have only gone up £2 per night vs 2025, but to cover the additional private room hire and late bar staff, we will be adding on £5 to the price of the meal on Saturday night to cover the extra costs.

Friday 31st July 2026 - 10 rooms reserved until the end of April – rate for bed and breakfast is:
£112 single occupancy
£121 double or twin occupancy

Saturday 1st August 2026 - 35 rooms reserved until the end of April - rate for dinner, bed and breakfast is:
£166 single occupancy
£202 double or twin occupancy

Saturday Gala meal only (no hotel rooms) = £45 (which includes £5 for private room hire)

Our hotel rooms are provisionally reserved until the end of April so please call up the hotel on 01789 335 960 ASAP to reserve your room(s) now

I have just called them to book my hotel rooms.

They need a credit card number to hold room but they don’t take any cash off it yet

I told them to expect many calls soon
