Oh dear, condolences to those that knew him.

Frustratingly I’ve recently ordered from them which explains why my order’s outstanding. If anyone has any knowledge of who is managing the business at the appropriate time I would be grateful to know.

You are not the only one to have ordered some parts from them.
I was told it was taken over by his business partner but that's was something I was told just after Robin passed away.

It might be time to warn other within the forum.

I have called as well as emailed several times. No reply from him/them.

Not necessarily - it's not unusual for accountants to let clients list their office address as the registered office. It just means official correspondence goes there
