What about this German braided hose from these Porsche related guys in Australia - has a reference 601 510 DIN 73379. They do it in many sizes and must be a UK supplier or obvioulsy on in Germany?? Any experience anyone?

That's the fabric-braided Cohline hose I use on my cars (as mentioned above) - available from many UK outlets.

Thanks. I've gone for a standard R6 modern pipe, I don't mind the modern look but I might replace it with the modern braided at some point. I also filled up the tank with Esso 97 octane fuel which I may now stick with.

Does anyone know why Devon and Cornwall plus Teeside and Scotland get Ethanol in the fuel and other areas do not?
