End of a great weekend, long journey home in the morning

Frustration for me in the race as I had a misfire thats appeared from nowhere. Engine stuggled to pull through 6k rpm, so could not challenge the leaders. Finished P6, so take the positives from the finish and experience gained for the next meeting at Dijon in a few weeks (9/10 June)

I was keeping an eye on the live timing & it seemed as though the race was ended prematurely (red flagged) - was there a big accident ?

It was classic Spa weather Andy - huge hail storm after three days of unbroken sunshine. We had good clean racing on track - and a lot of fun!

He’s too modest to mention it, but Phil finished an excellent second in the 2 litre cup at Dijon this weekend. A strong result in a competitive series. I might add that he also ran out of petrol in quali!
