I did get the email from James .
I think there's probably more people asking for single rooms than are available so we may have to make up the rest of the numbers with twins . I'll confirm with everyone what we're getting before I book .

If it's ok with everyone I suggest we just split the bill for the rooms equally that way no one is paying more for having to go in a double . I've presumed we'll all be eating at the hotel . Thanks

I've been in touch with the hotel and they've ask me to confirm the numbers and pay a deposit .
Providing it's not a fortune I'll cover it we'll sort it out later .
