Same here and that is after a sunroof delete. Common problem. Mine is a lot worse on the passenger side. I think it's moisture in the pipes that run in the sills and heat exchangers.. RH not as bad because the oil pipes must warm it up a bit. It's been terrible recently. The car is outside all the time, damp and cold. I've a couple of dehumidifier bags in which help a bit but when it fires up you get steam coming out of the air vents. All the seals:- doors, front and rear screens are fairly new. Tbh I'm stumped and just learned to live with it, a couple of cloths to hand and after 10 mins or so it clears.
