Well done on the double win! I missed your first run, but the second looked smooth and swift - very impressed.
(Whilst they were poncing about at the Edinburgh concours, you were keeping it real on behalf of DDK)
Sorry my camera let me down when it mattered, but here is what I got. Only now do I realise it was Mike B you were talking to!! I thought it was a race official..sorry Mike, that is the second time I have completely failed to recognise you out of the context of your workshop..

What a fab event. I'm only sorry that my bike ride took longer than expected but I was still welcome with lunch from the queen & king of the hill. The only issue being some guy sitting on my seat
Spoke to Bill about illegible for the event and basically any pre-1974 car can take part. They can get exemptions for later cars but these must be models that were produced before 1974.
sorry I wasn't more organised, I should have arranged to catch up with the DDK Scots there. I came straight from my son's rugby, in a fluster as always!

Johnny I did the Glasgow Edinburgh ride which was advertised as a 50 mile route which turned out to be 55! I felt for all those first timers who rode the longest last mile of their life's!
Well done Margaret and Kit, good time and great that you won the awards. I am defiantly back in 2016 having been away again this year with the family. I think it's going to be on Motors TV as well so hope you had your gloves on.
See you soon.
Paul
Thanks for reminding me about the Motor's TV bit Paul. This is from their website:
Hiding between all the cars at last weekend event were a team of 10 camera man, recording the racing and paddock atmosphere at the Bo'ness Hill Climb. They have created a 1 Hour & 36 Minute program, that will be broadcast on Motors TV. It will include highlights from the two days racing and interviews from past Bo'ness drivers.
Get those video recorders [showing my age] programmed and re-live a fantastic weekend of historic racing. uk.motorstv.com is available on SKY and freeview
The broadcast schedule will be:
Sunday 4th October 2015: 4:09:00 / 15:16:00
Monday 5th October 2015: 02:16:00
Tuesday 6th October 2015: 22:04:00
Wednesday 7th October 2015: 01:44:00 / 06:25:00 / 14:13:00
It will be great to have you at Bo'ness 2016..after all, it's your fault that I'm there in the first place
Pretty sure that there will be a few more DDK'rs taking part next year.
Hi Brendan
Hope Motors TV captured Brian (Kitchens) shielding my front wing as he guided Prince Michael out of the paddock. So funny
Get a move on with that car of yours!!!!
Margaret
IN LOVE WITH MY 1970 911T RHD. (Still my fav)
1987 Carrera 3.2 Targa in Signal Orange (bloody gorgeous)
1973 914 1.7L Zambezi Green (great wee car)
2004 Cayenne 3.2 (the dogs car)
1965 356C (an absolute delight to own and drive)
Recorded it from Sky. Kit is seen making her way up the hill about 77 mins into the programme. Loved the fact that the commentator mentioned "Margaret's 911 is her daily shopper" thats just so me. Only watched the clip about 20 times…. Looking forward to next year already.
