They believe that the butterflys are not making a complete seal thus air is getting sucked in creating the flat spot in the 2300-2700 rev range. So really my only option is to get the carbs refurbished. I have spoken to Fenn Autosports in Nuneaton who seem to know their stuff but I would like to know if anyone has any thoughts or experiences of their work ?.
