been quite a few DDK uk tours / trips .... always a good laugh Tend to do them alternate years to Classic LeMans

All good ideas and I'd be interested a DDK gathering to celebrate the 40th anniversary
I do know that the Classics at the Castle team are keen to attract a large number of RS at Hedingham this year (Sun 2 Sept). There will also be a dinner with Vic Elford on the Sat night, which sounds good.

I've just remembered that when I last saw Fred last year, he mentioned he wanted to do something special for the 40th anniversary. Whether he's going to bother given the German club thing I don't know.

I could host an informal meet in the summer if there's an interest. Cars, BBQ + camping if anyone wants to stay over.
i would happily attend a 2.7 RS specific UK meet to celebrate 40 years of the car. won't be travelling to Germany, too time consuming for me. will try for castle Headingham, but a 2.7 RS only meet might be more special.
