Heres another stupid questions - the bottom horizontal line on the headlamp glass, does it need to be horizontal? There is also an arrow pointing up at the top. If i have this at 0 degrees, the horizontal at the bottom slopes slightly down to the left - when looking at it.

Have you got the clear glass lense type ??? just look at mine and you've lost me..

Try taking them apart and turning the glass lense until level, may have been put together on a friday afternoon

i think you are right. I aligned arrows at the top pointing up and put it all back together. Easy peasy.
Gonna try to get the engine back in today. Hangover allowing...
