Is that with a sunroof? I should have been clearer - the last one I linked to had a sunroof - that was my concern.
thx

Yep, no headroom problems with a sunroof. Even with it shut.

This may be one to consider in the USA.
1973 T in Signal Yellow with 50,000 miles. It's $49,900, which would put it at around £45K landed here.

I have a 1971 RHD t coupe no sunroof with me at the moment that may be for sale. Good sills and under side but need quite a lot of body work and repaint. Berny

Hi,
In case LHD cars does become an option these may be of interest.
http://www.ddk-online.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=32237
Also my own car 71 will be up for sale soon. Today we installed the fully rebuilt engine (2.2E), plus it has a rebuilt gear box, leather recaros, all new brakes, shocks, deep 6 fuchs etc
I snapped a movie today of the engine firing right up after having it's first 20 min run in and oil change.

No idea if it's still for sale but how about the ex-Jamie Lipman RHD '72 2.4T? ("Jamie" on here)

Hope you find what you're after

Thanks Mitch. I've emailed John about it so lets see what happens. I've also got my eye on an E in Denmark.

Thanks but too hybrid for my taste. Doesn't have to be perfect but I would like it largely original.

I don't suppose any of you experts out there have been to look at this car?
http://www.stelvio.dk/uk/product_detail ... r&maID=104
It looks great and could be the one but there is a small oddity in the chassis on an extra photo I've been sent that isn't consistent with a 72 chassis - there's a small blanked off plate on the chassis underneath the oil filter which apparently is where the side pre-heater used to be on earlier cars.
thanks to Nick Moss & Alan Canford for spotting this! The benefits of professional expertise!
I would rather find out if there's an issue before going to Denmark if possible!
thanks
Warren

This is the odd bit. The cross member is definitely correct for a 72, as is the inner wing.

The guy who now owns my old '72 RHD 2.4E was thinking about selling last time I had contact with him. He's Tanick on DDK worth a PM?

Thanks Mike. Yes we'd picked that up. Also a rogue badge on the glove box.
Really appreciate all the interest and input.
