Great to see another RHD 59 A has survived!
You don't happen to have the chassis number of your car. Am trying to put a list of the 356s which have survived. Would be great to see some pictures of the actual car.
And welcome to the forum. :)

I'll have to dig out the chassis number. It's here somewhere

Anyway ..
Here is a little montage of my 356 the day after I bought it. It doesn't look like this now (no flared rear arches or banded wheeels and a lot les paint) I can't say it's much better but it's not the same ;)
Just some quick info: I bought it from Burton on Trent from a family who I think raced 911 and maybe had a burger van at various race meetings (sounds odd but I think that's right. I bought it for £2000 (from a classified in Classic Car mag) in 1996 or there abouts.
Before this is was driven in Coventry.

This was my first car. I see Mr K Seume is here somewhere so hats off to you 8)

And here's a random selection of other stuff I've had of been associated with>>

Cheers for that.
Love the cars you've had, especially the panel van. Have always wanted one of those for work.

Hi there. I got rid of some of the stuff in my garage and managed to take a photo to back up my tall tail of 356 ownership. :)

Here's my (rather sad looking) pride and, at times, joy  (well the front of it anyway. I'm sure the back half was behind it last time I uncovered the whole thing, but you ever know 8) )

Doesn't look so bad to me.
Did you manage to get the chassis number?

That's quite a coincidence though. :)
Still can't find the chassis number paper work. Looks like I'll have to dig the car out and take a look (which isn't the easiest of tasks.)

I'll be back again (again  ) :)

Looks to me like you could open the bonnet and see the chassis number easily enough.
That is unless you've buried it again!
